Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop e-mail management tool, which will give you absolute control over your e-mail accounts and e-mail campaigns. With this easy-to-handle GUI, you can set up a new email box account in no time and administer its settings effortlessly. Furthermore, you can forward mails from one e-mail account to another, activate e-mail filters, set up autoresponders and shield your email boxes against junk emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your mail accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unwelcome electronic mail messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or redirected to a given e-mail account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are ideal for sorting your incoming emails based on specific criteria set by you. Setting up mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will take effect instantly. You can easily set up an email filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and edit the filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming email messages from one email mailbox to another, or even to several other email boxes. Just select the mail account you want to redirect mail messages from, then select the target e-mail box and select if you wish to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly configure the mail client of your liking to access your email mailboxes. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox you would like to set up on your desktop PC or mobile phone and click on the mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new mail account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager user interface, working with multiple e-mail accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager will also allow you to easily set up an auto-reply message - enter the message you want people to read and our system will take care of everything else. And if you want to set up a catch-all email mailbox - you can achieve that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
